Trying to update the zone area on camera
troubleshooting

I am trying to update the zone area coverage on one of my cameras. When I go to the zone area, it does not show a live view so I can see where to drag the coverage. It is a large purple area and it says Snapshot is Updating. This has gone on over several days. What is the issue and how can I resolve it?

    Hi @auntkimmy. Make sure the Ring app is fully updated, then perform a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page.
