Time change did not occur?
I live in Miami, and my camera timeline looks like last nights time change did not happen?

Hi @Strongcl. The time in your Ring app goes off the time zone your phone is set on. If your time stamps have the wrong time, try the following steps: - Verify your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates - Reboot your phone - Disable any active VPNs on your phone. - Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app. Before doing so, verify that you know your Ring credentials, or you will have to reset your password for your account in order to log in. You also want to make sure your [phone is able to download the Ring app again](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App) before uninstalling.
