Stickup Cam accessing Amazon IP

My Stickup Cam attempted to access an external IP, 52.21.2.135 A search indicates this IP belongs to Amazon in Texas. Why? Has my camera been hacked? Is it sending back proprietary information? Or is this how it records videos. This action was shown on a recent security scan and has not been shown for my other cameras.
