Stick Up Elite Cam - Motion Detection Cold Weather
HiI have noticed that overnight our Stick Up Cam Elite is not picking up motion, we have tried different sensitivities to no avail. The camera has worked through the night before, even catching nice individuals trying to gain entry to the cars, but since the weather has turned the motion detection has dropped. The specifications state -20 to 48 degrees c, we are well within that range. Has anyone else notice a marked change in detection during the cold weather and if so what have you done to fix the issue?Thanks

Hi @andyb-uk. Make sure you do not have motion detection disabled on the device profile page or via the [Modes settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes). After checking those settings, I'd recommend running your Stick Up Cam Elite through a new setup in the Ring app, which will allow you to readjust the settings again as well.
