Stick up camera says on line and good signal but cant view live footage

Hi Can any body help i have few battery stick up cameras and the one in my garden has just stopped working? i have reset it and reconnected and the device health says battery good signal strength good firm ware up to date but cant get a live view or any notifications any ideas ? i have another 4 stick up battery cameras the same and they working fine on my phone app and i have done a 20 sec reset on camera followed all the help on here.

Hi @grenn1434. Is there a particular error message you receive when trying to activate Live View? If possible, please share a screenshot showing what you see on your end. Also, ensure you don't have motion detection and Live View disabled within the [Modes](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) settings.
