Stick up cam Pro stuck in update mode

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. My Stick up cam pro has been stuck in update mode for the past 3weeks and nothing has happened. Tried a factory reset but still nothing happening. It usually has a battery but have connected to a power adaptor whilst it’s updating. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Hi @user_8ed4df. After resetting the Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds, you'll need to walk through a new setup in the Ring app. At the end of the setup process, the Stick Up Cam may need to install an update. Do you see any specific error messages in the Ring app regarding this update? It should only take about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the signal.
