I recently had to change phone numbers. My ring app was linked via 2FA to the old number. How do I clear the 2FA so I can get back in?

I think the only way would be to call customer service. You can switch it to email. But you first need to get into your account, which you now cannot.

Stick Up Cam Mount with Ethernet (POE) pass through

Is there a mount compatible with the stick up cameras which has a pass through for ethernet cables? The current camera design doesn't conseal the cables at all.

I have to agree with you on this. The mount was/is poorly designed, not having a space for the Ethernet cable to pass through is odd. The way this is now, a separate hole is needed for the cable to pass through, also make it exposed to possibly be tampered with.Sean
