Stick Up Cam 3rd Generation

I recently purchased stick up cams. As I was setting them up, I noticed that they did not have the snapshot feature. That is something o was looking for. I then contacted Ring customer service. We when through various troubleshooting directions and nothing worked. They ended up sending me new ones, supposedly those were going to have the snapshot feature. I received them and set them up, and again, no snapshot feature. Does anyone have a stick up cam and have these issues?
