Spotlight cam wired won't reset lights stuck on

Recently removed my cam accidentally, whilst adding a new device. Now the cam won't reset wont enter set up mode. Plus the bright as F#$* lights won't turn off. Any fixes people? But please don't tell me to hold the button on top for 30 seconds PLEASE we are way past that haha

Hi @Azey54. If a reset to your Spotlight Cam isn't putting it into setup mode, I would recommend contacting our support team so they can take a deeper look into this for you.
