Spotlight Cam Wired Not Receiving Motion Alerts

I have a Spotlight Cam Wired with motion sensitivity set to all motion. My motion zone is set where I want. Motion zones for lights are all set to off as I do not want lights to turn on. However, when there is motion in the zone I am not receiving alerts (using iOS). I can walk in the zone and not receive an alert. If I open my app, I can see in the historical time line that the video shows me in the zone. How do I get alerts? Thanks.
