Spotlight cam unresponsive
The battery died, I placed a fully charged battery (works in the other spotlight cams), and this spotlight cam is still unresponsive. I tried both battery slots, I tried two fully charged batteries, it’s still unresponsive. I pressed the top button, nothing. I held the top button for 20 seconds, still unresponsive. I removed it from my ring devices and I e reset my network. Now I can’t add this cam back because it still does not respond. Can anyone Please help?

Identical problem here. Tried all the suggested troubleshooting and resets. Calling Ring for warranty service now...

Hi @user50705. You have taken all the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended for this concern. The next best step is going to be giving our support team a call for further assistance. I'm adding my identical problem to the already-explained issue. I hope someone can assist with this...otherwise I have a rather expensive Ring paperweight.
