Spotlight cam showing solar status as connected when there is no solar panel
My Spotlight cam battery is showing solar status as connected but I had never connected a solar panel to this camera. There is one battery inserted in the camera. Left and right battery level is showing as "add a battery". The camera does work intermittently and sends alert and displays live video but is not reliable.

Hi neighbors. For his concern, I would recommend resetting your camera and reconnecting it to wifi. To reset the camera, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once you've done that, you'll want to [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. This will prompt the camera to do a quick update and it should reflect the correct power status after that. I hope this helps!

Following. I have spotlight cam with 2 batteries connected to solar panel. One of my batteries totally drained and the second is at 50%. Solar status says connected and ready to charge. Sun is out this no problem there, so why are the batteries draining?
