Spotlight Cam Plus IR Lights Not Coming on at Night

I recently purchased and installed a Spotlight Cam Plus over my backdoor. The first night, I could see the back deck just fine from the IR lights. Since then, the IR lights will not come on at night. When I reboot the camera, the IR lights will come back on for a minute or two, then shut off again. The camera itself is working because I can see lights off in the distance and cars driving by.
