Spotlight Cam goes out during heavy rain

My hard-wired spotlight cam has started going out during hard rains. It comes back after everything dries out. Weird thing is it’s worked fine for around three years before this. Anyone else seeing this? Will my extended warranty cover a replacement device?

Is it exposed to direct rain? Do you have a spot where it would be shielded from the rain? And yes, if it is within one year of purchase it should be replaced. If beyond one year and you have Protect Plus, it should also be covered. Basic plan will not cover replacement though.
