Spotlight cam - Customized motion zones

I have two spotlight cams, on one of them the customized motion zone is the drag and shape variety (advanced motion detection) and the other is what I can the fan method. I want them both to be the drag and shape variety. Both cameras have the same settings but one works and the other does not. How do I get them both into the advanced motion detection mode to make the customized motion zones be the drag and shape variety.Thanks
