Had my cam and 2 batteries for a few years now. Until this past month I’ve never had any issues with it. Now, as you look at the camera, the left side battery doesn’t register in the app. The right side works fine. As you look in the app in Device Health the left battery is grayed out and below that it says add a battery. Both batteries were fully charged yesterday and inserted/reinserted numerous times, in different slots, with the same results. It also falls off my network after inserting the batteries until I pop them free and reinsert them. There’s no gunk in the slot or on the contact points. Ideas? thanks
