I just replaced the batteries to my spot light cam, reset the server and pushed the reset button on the top of the cam. Still, nothing. What do I need to do to get this camera back on?
Hi @k4tot! As long as the battery is fully charged, the Cam should certainly reconnect. Try altering which slot you are using for the battery to see if this makes a difference. I recommend also checking the battery hatch for any debris, and ensure the hatch is closed completely. If this concern persists, please perform a reset by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
