Solar panel
troubleshooting
Since I installed solar panel it has not keep my battery charged Does not show connected to solar or indicate in the battery section that it’s working via a icon that is supposed to be there I’ve tried everything to no avail Help

Hi @user_2756d7. To start, which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Do you have a Ring Solar Panel, or a third party panel?
