Solar Panel Camera Lost Sensitivity

My Ring Solar Panel Camera is no longer very sensitive to motion, especially on the right side facing the street. This is the case even when I have the motion setting on the most sensitive schedule. Also, the battery compartment lid doesn’t stay on very well and easily opens up. Also, my infrared is on and not facing a window. Basically, nothing has changed from when it was working perfectly.
