Snapshots not working
troubleshooting

Hi All I have about 12 cameras internal and external. Just fitted a new floodlight cam wired pro changed all settings etc. As needed but no snapshots are being taken all my other cameras snapshots work fine. Strong wifi signal snapshots every 15 sec as per other cameras. Any ideas, I've read other posts but seems no firm solutions.

    Hi @DazzaP. I have a few questions about this. Are all of your other devices recording Snapshots? Have you tried changing the interval to see if that makes a difference? Have you tried toggling off Snapshot for other devices while having only your Floodlight Cam Wired Pro toggled on? It's possible that if all of your devices are recording Snapshots, it may be using too much bandwidth on your network.

      Hi Sorry for late response. Yes all other recordings snapshots. Yes changed interval, tried all also rebooted camera. Yep turned off other cameras and had new one just set for snapshot on its own. So should no issue with bandwidth. I've tried everything still won't work.

        Hi @DazzaP. Do you have motion detection turned off on this specific camera under the Modes settings? Otherwise, Tom already asked all the questions I would have. At this point, I'd recommend following up with our support team to look into this further.
