Shared User Access after moving camera but not switching locations

Hi, I had a shared user on my account for a while without knowing. My ex helped set up the camera and added himself on there. I moved to a new home and plugged in the camera (luckily just in the driveway) and it still showed under the old location. Would this person still have access to see the live view of the camera (even under new wifi, etc)? The reason I am asking is because today I switched locations and Ring automatically sent him an email and he IMMEDIATELY accepted the shared user request. I quickly deleted him but I cannot help but think he has been watching me this entire time. I know he doesn't have access to my account but it is extremely unsettling that he may have been watching me all of this time.
