Security cam stopped working - solid blue light on
The blue light below camera is stuck on. Camera now not connected to WiFi. Button pushing does not work. Reset WiFi and ring boosters does not work. Camera and floods worked fine for 6-8 months. Flood lights not coming on. Tried shutting off power to camera, did nothing, blue light below camera just stays on. Front door unit works fine.

Hi @Gould. I would try to reset the camera and then reconnect it to wifi. This will prompt the camera to update. All you need to do is press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After 1 minute, [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) the camera to wifi. After the camera updates, you should be up and running!
