Ring stopped working, applied ALL known troubleshooting- Will get stuck on 95% and then error and will NOT connect to wifi. HELP please!

Funny thing is during initial installation it worked for a day then disconnected itself and will not reconnect. I've rebooting several times, moved my mesh routers around. Created a guest network running 2.4ghz but that didn't help. Everything I've done ends with it getting stuck at 95%. I've removed the device and installed it again but got stuck on 95%. I got into my router to change the channels but it is not an option for my network. I've removed the security protocols, but still stuck on 95%. I'm about 2 seconds away from returning this and going with something else more reliable. Best part about this is your community website keeps giving me an error when I try to post on that thread. My mind is made up. I’m done with your equipment and service. Fix yourself!!!!!

    Hi @user_f0180d. You have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended for your concern. The next best step is to give our support team a call for further assistance. Also can you share a screenshot of the error you are getting when trying to comment in the thread?
