Ring Stick Up Cam suddenly stopped recording events and no video since 4 days ago
troubleshooting

Nothing has changed, supscription shows active, signal strength is unchanged, battery is at 99%. I reset the camera from the app, which did nothing. What could be wrong? Live view works fine and videos are available,  but there are no events or event video since September 23rd about mid-day.

      Hi @user_rereindc. Are these videos available on Ring.com? What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Have you made any recent changes to your Ring Protect Plan?
