Ring Stick Up Battery 3rd Gen

Hi, I just bought a new ring stick up battery and everything is fine except when it's triggered by motion the first 3 seconds of video is choppy and briant then it's fine for the remainder of the video. I tried resetting it, and hasn't fixed it. Any ideas? Or is this a problem throughout the whole ring camera lineup?*Side note: Internet is 500mpbs, RSSI is bright green(assuming that's an indication of a good connection)Thanks!
