Ring Spotlight wired camera loose connection

Hi,I've just installed my new Ring Spotlight wired camera. There is no problem with the 220 power and also the wifi connection is permanent. After a few minutes (2-3), the connection is lost. The motion sensor is still working it switch on the lights. If I restart the camera it works properly for another 2-3 minutes and then I lose the connection again. I bought 3 stick Up cams also, they are working properly. What can I try to solve this problem? The router (Tplink DECO M4) is only 1.5 meters from the camera.Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi @fontosgy.This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) has some tips and tricks for this issue. What is the RSSI for your Spotlight Cam? There may be some interference causing a intermittent connection. I hope this helps!

      Hi,Thank you very much for your help, it was my mistake when I connected the camera to the power supply. It was connected to the motion sensor of my normal lamps and switched off the camera as well. Sorry for the false request.Kind regards,György
