Ring Spotlight Cam Pro - Can the Battery version be used with hardwired mount kit?

I have tried ordering the hardwired version of this camera from Amazon twice. They keep sending me the battery version with the hardwire mounting kit. It seems like you can use the battery camera with the hardwire mounting kit, but there is a retention screw in the arm that holds the camera that will not screw into the camera. Why is amazon not fulfilling my order as ordered (i.e. hardwired version)? Can the battery camera be used with the hardwired kit? Thanks.

Hi @Misha4334. To clarify, the Spotlight Cam Pro Hardwired is the battery version with the Hardwired Kit included. The Hardwired Kit allows you to hardwire the Camera for continuous power.
