Ring Solar panel failing to recharge
I’ve installed my device properly however my solar panel is not recharging my battery on my cam. What is the problem? See attached of the status & install

I am having the same issue with my new stick up camera. I recently got 3 solar panels and the one new one that came with my new stick up camera says “connected but not charging” I have done everyone of the fixes found in every post and thread and nothing is working. The light on the camera at night also won’t remain on for this same camera. It clicks on and off and on and off when it detects motion. I have also read every post to try to fix that and yet again nothing works. It is not facing a window or towards other lights. This has been very frustrating. I have many cameras and this one and this solar panel is the only one not working properly.
