Ring scam

Bought a ring camera from Bunnings warehouse Australia (an authorized ring dealer). Box says if camera is stolen ring will provide a new one with a police report number WHICH HAPPENED AND I PROVIDED. Apparently the theft policy doesn't apply to ANYWHERE a ring camera is bought ONLY if you buy directly from ring.com. go to ring.com to buy a new camera and ALL DEVICES ARE REDIRECTED TO BE PURCHASED FROM AMAZON WHICH ISN'T COVERED BY THE THEFT POLICY EITHER!
