Ring Floodlight - Lights flickering and not working
In the last two months the flood lights on my ring floodlight camera have been flickering or not working. Is there a solution, or parts I can purchase? Floodlight is 5 years old.

Hi @user_77bd5c. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try when the lights on your Floodlight Cam are flickering. First, assess the wiring to ensure there are no issues here, and everything is securely attached. Then perform a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page. This should only take a few moments. If the lights are still flickering after trying the above, you can reset your Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the lights are still flickering after this, our support team can look into what other options are available.
