Ring Floodlight Cam Wired - No qr code no PIN either - how to add the device

I just purchased a home that has a ring floodlight cam installed.  I believe it is wired.  I do not have a qr code nor the pin as it was thrown away by the previous owner .  I can push the button on top and find the device in wifi on my phone, but cannot ultimately add the device to my ring app.  The camera is about 30 feet up in the air which makes it pretty tricky to see/do anything.
