Ring Floodlight Cam Fixed Pro

I bought a Ring Floodlight Fixed Cam Pro. The light keeps turning on. There is no motion but still the light keeps turning on. I changed the sensitivity and reduced the motion area but didn’t work.Even if I turn off motion detect the light still keeps on turning on.

Hi @user9158. Is there a Device that is Linked to your Floodlight Cam Pro? If so, this could be triggering your camera to turn.
