Ring Bridge/Camera Disconnect Notification

Hello:I have been testing to see where the best place for my Bridge would be in the house. While testing I noticed that when I unplug the Bridge (losing WiFi) I get a notification that I'm offline which is a great feature, however it often takes a good 5 minutes of being offline before I get the notification.1) Is there a way to get a notification much quicker?2) Is there a way to get the same notification if one of my cameras disconnects from my WiFi?3) Is there anyway to program the camera or Ring Bridge to connect to an alternative WiFi if I lose connection on the Primary one?
