Ring billing support is horrible

I was emailed that my credit card needed to be updated. Followed link on the app and entered new info twice and hit save. It did not save it. Called their filipino phone agents, verified my account. Agents speak filipinglish and were dumb as doorknobs. I am going to cancel my $140/mth account and go with a competitor, since Ring has horrible support. There is not even a support email. Apparently it is a company of Nameless, faceless robots snd automatons.
