Ring Battery Camera offline

Hello. My wireless ring camera has gone offline and will not reconnect. I have replaced the batteries and tried to reset and reconnect it via the button in the top as per the guidelines but nothing is happening. All other cameras are working ok proving my WiFi connection is ok. Is there anything else I can try or has the device just failed? Thanks in advance

Hi @Jdajack. Holding down the setup button on the Ring Camera will reset it, so it will need to be set back up in the Ring app following the steps under Set Up a Device. Make sure the Camera is receiving power, and ensure it's within range of the wifi router.
