Request for Self-Repair Guidance for Ring Stick Up Cam Battery (3rd Gen)
My son purchased your Ring Stick Up Cam Battery (3rd Gen), and it worked perfectly until it was connected to a power adapter. After this, the camera stopped functioning. We tested the same power adapter with another camera, and it has been working fine for an extended period, which suggests that the issue lies with the camera itself. I would like to know which specific components inside the camera might have failed so that I can replace them myself. Perhaps it is an internal board or another module responsible for powering or operating the device? If you can provide information about the part that requires replacement and where I can purchase it (if you offer such components), it would greatly simplify the process of restoring the camera to working order.
