Report Poor Customer Service
Folks. I have been stuck on the phone for I’ve an hour due to a firmware loop with my camera. Support muted themselves then disconnected the phone after 10 minutes. Ya’ll need to email me so I can take you to court with some written records. So far the camera has been factory reset 3 times and I am going to sit on this phone for support waiting for another 20 minutes.
