Problem - Cant download or share video

Hi there, I can not download or share some of my videos. And yes, I am the owner of my videos and cam. If I try to share the link only shows the information that the video is not available any more. But I can watch that video by the app or website furthermore. If I try to download the video the download icon rotates a few minutes. Than it stops without success. I assume an error if the video is greater than x minutes... Is there a max size? Pls help! - Jo

Hi @JoKrieg. Are you trying to download this video on your cell phone? Try downloading it on Ring.com to see if that will work. Also, try downloading on and off wifi to see if that makes a difference. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066) also has great information on Sharing and Downloading.
