This company does not stand behind their cameras at all. They know about the stuck IF lens in their cameras that cause the pink screen issues for hundred of thousands of their users and their solution is to offer a 35% discount towards the purchase of another “new” camera. Horrible cameras and even worse customer service.  Please choose a different camera. The only solution to the pink screen issue is to hit the camera and unfreeze the stuck IR lens but this solution is only a temporary fix. I’ve tried to leave negative reviews on Amazon and they are all filtered out.  I will continue to leave as many negative reviews as possible. We should all be attempting a class action lawsuit against Ring for this well known issue.

I agree. They should be sued for continuing to sell this junk. My door cam just flat out stopped working after 10 months. They gave me a replacement at Home Depot. Then my floodcam started doing the pink thing and it's completely foggy. You can't see it of the stupid thing. I spent $XXXX on junk. Junk is worthless. When you call customer service they give you the run around like they don't know this is happening. Pull the junk off the shelves and refund us our money
