Can melting ice on the camera lens trigger a person detected alert? TIA

    Hi @BDS37982. If it's not clear whether a motion event contains a person due to lighting, weather, or other conditions, you may still receive a motion alert. So it is possible that ice melting across the Camera lens could trigger a false alert. If this happens frequently, you may need to adjust your [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-with-your-Ring-Devices) and the Motion Sensitivity.
