Pan Tilt mount won't install on battery cam

Just got the new Ring Indoor/Outdoor Pan-Tilt Mount for Stick Up Cam - cam won't install on the base - it's a 2nd generation HD 1080 - not compatible?

Hi @hgpilot. The [Pan/Tilt Mount](https://ring.com/products/pan-tilt-mount) is only compatible with the 3rd Generation of Stick Up Cams. Previous models, such as the 2nd Generation Stick Up Cams, are not compatible. I hope this helps clear things up.
