Pan & Tilt camera - Home Position does not save
Seems to be an issue for lots of other people but no solution or comment from RING? VERY POOR. Purchased 2 new cameras. Set up and neither of them save the new HOME location when setting up. You save the settingss and they both default back to the factoryy settings of pointing to the ceiling! I.e. 2 x completly useless cameras. Tried calling the so called 'technical line'. I talked THEM through how to set up Home settings. We walked through a complete re-installl with the same problem at the end. They said they would escalate but have no timescale on a fix. I.e. I would lose my right to return the cameras for a refund. What sort of customer service is that!?!? Completely pointless and to be honest has put me off RING products moving forward. WOULD LOVE A REPLY FROM THE RING TEAM PLEASE!

It appears there is a bug but no solution path has been identified. Ring: YOU need to put out a statement about this TODAY or it will be "Twitter time" (I know it's X)!
