Hi @Lovepeople. You might just need to adjust your settings. You can use this optimization guide for the Doorbell located [here](https://community.ring.com/t/caitlyn-s-guide-to-optimizing-your-doorbell-s-motion-detection/48107/2), and apply a lot of this information to our Security Cameras as well. You'll want to make sure your Security Camera is installed at the appropriate height as well based on which model you have. You can find a list of different articles for proper positioning based on which model you have [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=proper+positioning).
