Night vision on stick up cam 2nd gen

i just set up the stick up cam 2nd gen, no night vision even there are red light on the cam. i have another one, the same model, bought same time ( more than a year ago ), but one have been set up long time ago, it works perfect; but this one i m asking is just set up a few hours ago. i " reboot this device " in the ap i reset the cam with the orange button on the cam, nothing work. please help i have attached a pic of 2 cam ![Screenshot_20230425_021631_Ring|425x500](upload://pn0WmE4gz4cEwUMXRSufSLWCTxl.jpeg)

Hi @userLH. Try temporarily placing the Camera in a different location to see if it does the same thing when in night vision. If it does not do the same and the night vision works, then it is something environmental that is causing the night vision not to work correctly in the original spot you had it in.
