Night vision on stick up cam 2nd gen

i just set up the stick up cam 2nd gen, no night vision even there are red light on the cam. i have another one, the same model, bought same time ( more than a year ago ), but one have been set up long time ago, it works perfect; but this one i m asking is just set up a few hours ago. i " reboot this device " in the ap i reset the cam with the orange button on the cam, nothing work. please help i have attached a pic of 2 cam
