New charged battery. Cam showing low battery after install

Got 2 new fully charged batteries installed. Shows low batteries, not the batteries that are bad, update the software to accept fresh charged batteries, im tired of reinstalling a camera every time i got to charge the batteries, i charge one at a time as well so there is always power going to the cam, give us a software update or refund me the $900 i spent on the cameras
