My Camera detects motion but no video recording
I have one spotlight cam. Since last week I’ve been getting motion alerts but no recordings on all devices. And I can't access to live view. Health is fine. No internet issues (RSSI 44). 18 days left in free trial

As long as your [Protect Plan subscription](https://ring.com/protect-plans) is active, a recording should be saved for your captured Ring events. If a video is not playing in your Ring app, try logging on at Ring.com via web browser and play your video history there. If video plays via browser, there may be a connection issue with the mobile device and Ring app. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on the mobile device.
