Motion won’t turn on lights

Question

I have Ring spotlight cams and the motion recording works fine but neither my front nor back camera turn on the light when it detects motion. They are both on solar with backup batteries which stay charged to approx 80-100% all the time. My motion light setting is toggled to on and most sensitive with brightest light. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @user_17dc46. The motion-activated lights will only turn on automatically during the night and if the environment is dark enough. Are the locations of your Cameras well lit during the night by other lights?
