Live view not working!

Is anyone else having this issue? My live view completely stopped working last week, for no reason. I have tried everything. I rebooted my cameras, removed, then added back, reset my modem to my wifi, turned off, then back on live view and nothing!!!!! So frustrating!!!! I also noticed with the live view not working that when I view clips that have been recorded that the initial first maybe 6-10 seconds are blurred and **then** come into focus and I never had this issue as well. Not sure whats going on, but its super annoying! Any help is appreciated.
