Hi @Tk2. Have you verified that the cameras are online? Try checking the Device Health menu in the Ring app. While there, take note of your RSSI to see if it is within a useable range. You can also try to reboot your your internet router to see how that improves you concern. Let me know how this goes.

Hi,I‘m having the same issues. I get a notification about a movement but the timeline is empty. I also get a streaming error when I try to start the live-view. My RSSI is about -50. I didn‘t change any settings or the positioning of my router. I also have a doorbell and this still works fine. Thanks

Hi @Andreas77. You might have to make some changes to your router. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) has information on how to use the correct ports and protocols. I hope this is helpful.

Ring is having issues on live view with some Android devices at this time, to access live view on Android shut off data line, access live view should be functional, if data line is necessary, use rapid ring for live view until software or firmware issue is corrected.

Hi, i am having a similar issue. I have two batteries - always in sync charged ready if other was to run out. Now I am unable to get on live view yet still receive all notifications. As I said all batteries are 100% charged however the app is not recognising a battery in the doorbell. Both batteries are not being read. I've reset my router several times, re-set up the device. My router is extremely close so it is not a distance issue. Furthermore I recently purchased my second battery so it is quite new. Please help!

Hi @aussie004. For your concern, I recommend factory resetting your Doorbell and reconnecting it to your wifi. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372) a call for further assistance.

I have 10 pro cameras, hard wired. It has been several days since I can pull up a live view on any of them. I get notifications of events for all 10 cameras but none of them are recording. So all 10 cameras are not recording and do not have live view currently. Wifi status and signal strength show as fine in device health for all 10. Eero shows them all online. Was there an update or other event that would cause 10 cameras to stop recording and showing live view?
