Indoor camera making alarm sound

My indoor camera was making an alarm sound for reasons unknown. I am not calling customer support as the agent for the UK has such a bad energy he is a narcissist and have clashed with him every time I’ve had to call in I’m so traumatised about it now…so wanted to ask community. Thanks

    Hi @cf7e5c041b140cb40e6fd8be95743a. The Indoor Cam does have a Siren. This can be activated in the Ring app from either the Device Menu or from the Live View. It is possible that you inadvertently activated this button. I hope this answers your question.

      Same happen to me. It is not the siren but a beep continuous (alarm clock type) . No notification on the app or event history. Only way to stop it was to unplug it and plug it again. No mention of this on any manual.
